1. Scope of Services

Automatix AI provides businesses with automation tools via AI voice agents that assist with customer onboarding, service delivery, and sales processes. These services are offered via subscription-based plans including:

  • Starter Plan: $79/month (100 free minutes, no setup fee)

  • Growth Plan: $129/month + $179 setup fee (250 free minutes)

  • Pro Plan: $199/month + $249 setup fee (500 free minutes)

Additional usage is subject to overage charges per minute as disclosed at the time of sign-up or invoicing.

2. Binding Agreement

By registering for or using the Service, you agree that:

  • These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Riverina Wealth Pty Ltd;

  • You are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organisation;

  • You will comply with these Terms at all times while using the Service.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While Automatix AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to streamline and optimise client processes, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial gains, or performance results. Any outcomes mentioned (including performance projections or case studies) are estimates only and not contractual guarantees.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription fees must be paid monthly in advance via the billing method selected at sign-up.

  • Setup fees (where applicable) are charged once-off at the commencement of the plan.

  • Overage charges will apply if your monthly usage exceeds the allocated minutes.

  • All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for overdue or unpaid accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, trademarks, voice agent designs, systems and associated materials within the Automatix AI platform are the exclusive property of Riverina Wealth Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service;

  • Use the Service to build a competing product;

  • Sub-license, rent, resell or otherwise distribute the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;

  • To transmit harmful or offensive content;

  • In any way that may damage or impair the platform’s performance or reputation;

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Your account remains unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date;

  • You misuse the Service in a way that poses legal risk or harms other clients.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Riverina Wealth Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

  • Business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss;

  • Damages exceeding the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
